Reddy Electric Company is a merit shop electrical contractor that takes pride in its quality workmanship. We handle an average annual volume of $20 million in contract sales and $3 million in service work, and employ approximately 100 field electricians trained in commercial, industrial, high voltage, low voltage and data/com wiring. We offer Design/Build services to our commercial and industrial customers, and our Service Department is on call 24 hours a day to respond to your emergency needs.
Our skilled electricians and technicians install and repair wiring in commercial businesses, servicing both simple and complex installations with quality and integrity. We guarantee satisfaction with our work and give fair up-front pricing, with team members on call to meet your needs. Our customers and clients are our first priority.

Electrical engineer Robert J. LaFreniere founds Reddy Electric in Xenia, Ohio, specializing in electric baseboard heat and insulation.

“Bob” shifts the company's focus to commercial construction and quickly makes his mark in that market.
- 1990s
Steady growth makes Reddy a large regional player in Ohio electrical contracting and service.
- 1995
Mr. LaFreniere retires, handing leadership to his son Robert L. LaFreniere along with Jeffrey A. Eldridge and Stephen R. Stanek.
- 2018
Stephen R. Stanek retires after 38.5 years of service.

Over 31 million square feet completed, an annual sales volume in excess of $20 million and 24-hour service coverage.
