Your path
Start as a helper, finish running the job
Apprentice
Start with the fundamentals: conduit, rough-in, terminations and jobsite safety, paired with a journeyman from day one.
Journeyman
Run your own tasks and read the prints. Take on service calls, plant power, controls and complex distribution work.
Lead / Foreman
Run a crew and a schedule. Coordinate with general contractors, manage material and own the quality of the install.
