Scope of work
- Cat 5e / Cat 6 / Cat 6A horizontal and backbone cabling
- Telecom room build-out: racks, cabinets, ladder rack, grounding and bonding
- Patch panels, cable management and labeling to ANSI/TIA-606
- Pathways: cable tray, J-hooks, sleeves, firestopping and conduit rough-in
- Wireless access point and IoT device drops coordinated with the ceiling grid

- 100% channel/permanent-link test results with Fluke certification reports
- Labeled rack elevations and port-to-outlet schedules
- As-built cabling drawings at closeout
- Manufacturer system warranty registration where specified
